As a family Funeral Service we know the importance of family and after last nights announcement by the Prime Minister and much thought we have today decided to make the following changes:
  • WE WILL NOW CLOSE OUR OFFICE ON SATURDAY MORNINGS AND RESTRICT OUR OFFICE OPENING HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30AM – 16:00PM. OUR 24 HOUR TELEPHONE SERVICE WILL REMAIN IN PLACE.
  • WE ARE LIMITING VISITORS INTO OUR OFFICE TO A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE AT A TIME SO PLEASE RESPECT THIS REQUEST. TO TRY AND KEEP CONTACT TO A MINIMUM WE ENCOURAGE THAT FUNERALS TO BE ARRANGED VIA THE TELEPHONE AT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ALL VIEWINGS MUST BE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY AND NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE AT A TIME.
  • DUE TO STAFF PRESSURES, WE DO ASK THAT YOU PHONE US FIRST AND ALL VISITS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY SO WE CAN ENSURE THERE IS A MEMBER OF STAFF AVAILABLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOU WHEN YOU VISIT.
As dedicated Key Workers all funerals will go ahead with our usual professional standards however there may be certain restrictions which we have to follow due to government guidelines.
We will keep our families up to date with developments as they happen. If families have any concerns please do not hesitate to phone us as we are here and will answer your call 24/7.
Our main priority is to keep our staff and families as safe as possible hence the above procedures we are now putting in place with immediate effect.
