Contacting C.Terry

When a potential new client makes an enquiry through our website using our email address link, the information sent is safely stored on our computers in our locked private office. We only use this information to reply to clients requests. If a potential client chooses not to use our services, the information is deleted from our systems.

How long we retain your data

If as a result of an email enquiry to C Terry, a client uses our services, there will inevitably be a paper trail of information relating to the funeral arrangements. This information is held securely in our office which is kept locked and is not accessible to any clients visiting our premises.

Information is only held for invoicing and contact purposes. After 6 months, information will be securely destroyed, i.e. shredded.

What rights you have over your data

If you have a file with us relating to funeral arrangements, you can request to view personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information is only held for the purposes of arranging a funeral. We never share your data with any third parties.
